5 million comes to .70 per share, not significant news for shareholders to be happy. Henceforth CGRM has to pay license fee to LHSPF for its own technology.

This may not be the "good" news behind the rise of CGRM share price from $9 plus to its present level. If it were, we would be in for some unpleasant surprise.
