Grommit, how can you say there's not enough "attractive stocks" out there? If anything, i'm in disbelief over how many stocks are trading at a fraction or equal to book value; while still making money: NTAI; REI, PPL, ESREF, WILCF, HCAR.OB, INV, ISTN, WEC, & I love SOFN due to its impending sale
