i dont agree with you as to implement any system you probably have five years in the set up and then you are shooting yourself in the foot by limiting term. By virtue of the word servitude the ability of a party to hear the people sanctions our systems on both sides. Wisdom is not in young bucks it lies in contemplation you don't come to that point until you remove the material greed element from life. When you have reached this point you don't lead for approval for favor or greed but as nothing you are all. Direction forms because you hear and you are led, in doing so you become the leader. So saying it is the mute that are on pensions who have actually developed the wisdom to lead. This is too simple of a fact and cannot be applied to this nation when you are running for office. Our politicians are trying to establish a connection with the people where being above connection is only when you can connect to all the people. Darn near impossible to get the Dali Lama to take up politics so your solution might be the best we have.
