It's not self dealing. It is called getting paid. And part of the getting paid package that they have is also going out to eat.

If they were pulling in 100s of thousands in salary each per year, then you would have the right to complain. But they don't. They are working for NO salary. None. You wouldn't work for no salary. I won't either. But the company can't afford to hire people for salaries, even if they cut the expenses.

Why is this unfair to you? Did you expect these people to work for nothing?

Personally, I am in this for the incredible opportunities that Anticort has. And our management team is also in this for future potential. That is why they are willing to work for no salaries and only stock and food.

I've told you before and I'll tell you again. Your lack of ability to understand this basic issue is why you weren't choosen as a board of director member. You do not have the business sense you think you have.
