Market Leadership:
My 1yr IT Expectations Indicator (2-4wk lead) has surged back up to its late November highs after a moderate decline. This suggests that the decline which may have started on Monday should be brief, and that the Information Tech components could lead the Nasdaq back to the 2050-2100 area before month-end. I'd like to see an easing of the mild overbought readings during this possible short-term decline.
