Re: Written in what the Journal described as "clumsy French in the name of an obscure London-based Islamic information agency," the letter requests an interview with Massoud for a television report on Afghanistan. Massoud was killed Sept. 9 by two French-speaking Arabs posing as journalists.

The Wall Street Journal said the computer was apparently recovered by a looter who found it and a Compaq laptop in an office used by al Qaeda in Kabul.

Thank you so much, Goldsnow... It's all grist to my mill since it makes my question about the latest Bin-Laden video all the more poignant:

Now, can you tell us, Derek, why Bin Laden forgot to mention the two suicide-bombers who killed Ahmad Shah Massoud --allegedly Bin Laden's Nemesis-- in his homily?? After all, those two fake Belgian journalists were instrumental in the disrupting of the Northern Alliance, were they not?
