That looks like a scene from the Tower of London. We should remember that the only Jews brought before the Inquisition were the conversos. The Inquisitors weren't concerned with the ideas of those outside the faith. The point that is overlooked by Anglophile historians is that Queen Isabella was at war with the Moors, and like in all wars, spying was a component of the war. There were many conversos who were sympathetic to the Moors. She was trying to root them out. Ultimately, Isabella's campaign against the Moors was successful, thus she saved Europe from being overrun by Islam. Spain proved to be the bulwark against Islam. They might be speaking Farsi in London today if not for her efforts.
