I've Eaten at the Lone Star at Allentown and Wilkes-Barre. When they first opened up, they had people waiting up to two hours to get in. The people seemed content to wait as they had drinks and free peanuts.
The volume of customers had to taper off from these levels.
When I go there now, you can get seated when you arrive most of the time. The steaks are great!
