I agree, the Fl 'supremes" were totally discredited by their rogue, partisan assault on the Constitution. They were "vacated" 9-0, found wrong on the law 7-2 and their theft enterprise was shut down when the US Supremes hoisted them by their own petards - using the Fl court's own words regarding the "safe harbor" provision.

Prez elections in the US are won by electoral vote and failed VP AlGore couldn't even win his home state - those who knew him best.

AlGore will be remembered as the man who served the most corrupt prez in modern history (keeping his conscience in a blind trust the entire time) and who, when faced with certain defeat, tried to steal the presidential election through the process of "devining votes" by stacked Dem committees.

There was absolutely no scenario in which AlGore could have secured Fl's electoral votes after Bush won the recounts. The FL Legislature and Congress were poised to void the rogue Fl "supreme' court if the real Supremes had not stopped the partisan Dem Fl court's raw grab for power. Clinton and AlGore really thought they had turned the US into a "banana republic" in their eight years disgracing office, but others proved them wrong.

The US Supreme court is held in higher esteem post Bush-Gore than immediately precedent. The Fl "justices" face removal drives.

Bush will win re-election in a landslide rivaling Ronald Reagan's historic 1984 49 state win. And this time all the military votes will count.
