Japan is no Argentina. Its national debt (at 130% of GDP) is 100% internal - they owe the rest of the world absolutely nothing. On top of that (while Argentina is defaulting on external, US$-denominated IOUs) Japan is the single biggest US creditor.

I admit it's scary alright: the world's biggest bank being put in the same class as Argentina. I just dont know, what actually IS scary - just the comparison or ... the fact;\
