Try going to Tools/Internet Options/ Security tab and click on Default level button. Use the same path and click on Advanced tab and click default button there. Try Tools/Internet Options and delete temporary internet files. Go to C:\Windows\Temp folder and select all and delete them. If that doesn't clear up the problem tell us what version IE you are running.
