Bob, I have had an account with JB Oxford for over 3 years and I have not experienced any of the bad service you mention. I have used customer service, trading, and tech support, and all these services have been good. I like their new www trading JB Online. Their price quotes are real time, but they are not "free". The free quotes are 15 minutes back. Did you ever use them as your broker? Matt
