hey dude when restaurant wanne bee's and restaurant concept guys plug away... it's time to run even when they are NOT public companies. drop it and have fun with ibm or something. there are so many variables in the food business, even the bs artists who run it can't keep track... let alone the moment when the business is going to fall on it's butt when the pee pole don't show up.... the spin off from pepsi might, and i say might, offer a pound for a buck when it's all said and done... most of the rest of it either ends up in the founder's pockets or somewhere else... always has, always will, and especially now...not to mention their systems have been way ahead of the rest of the industry for the last ten years.. and that's saying a WHOLE lot! otherwise, its a crappy wasteful business with most operations guys dying to head upward off the front line where it's a game of profit by fiat or not... a major bullshit business especially for those who have never been in it... the range needed to really analyze it properly is beyond the effort required compared to other opportunties.. Just my ever so humble opinion <g> the rest is coffee talk..
