William-Sometimes when It looks to good to be true it is. I don't totally agree that book value will support a stock if the fundamentals mainly eps growth,sales growth, margins, etc. don't remain positive. If you really like the company-they also have warrants which convert somewhere around 3.43 if I remember correctly. BTW I don't own any shares in gmai-I just was impressed by the recent developments. JP
