To whomever mentioned the adverse effect of trading costs on dollar-cost averaging. Check out www.sharebuilder.com I opened a few accounts with them last year and am fairly impressed so far. You can pay $3 or $4 per trade or $12 monthly for unlimited trades. These are regular interval trades based on your personalized plan, weekly, monthly, whatever. There are thousands of stocks offered for purchased and yes of course that includes QQQ.
