A fund would not be able to create this sort of market action nor would it attempt it. What is happening is caused by a lack of buying and selling interest. When volume on illiquid stocks dries up as it has on Accugraph, there are no buyers to take up the shares being offered. The spreads start to widen and the price falls. The price fall is said to be technical and not fundamental.

If you're a long term shareholder, I wouldn't worry about it.
