When 300mm wafers are at significant volume for Intel, Athlon will be ~80mm2 on .13, and I doubt you took that into account.

Between .13 Athlon squeezing Intel margins from above, and having an essentially unlimited supply of Northwood, Tualatin yield on 12" wafers is just about irrelevant, isn't it?

OOPS! I forgot, Intel's current P4 architecture is useless for many notebook and dense server applications due to high power consumption, even on .13, so I guess they're stuck with Tualatin, slow and difficult to sell though it may be next year.
