Dan3, I did an interesting calculation. I wanted to see how much % does each speed grade of both CPUS overclock on average,

Here it is:
Athlon XP
1900 11.7%
1800 15%
1700 13.6%
1600 13.7%

P4
2G 5%
1.9G 5%
1.8G 16%
1.7G 20%
1.6G NA
1.5G 24%

I wish I had more data points to reach a definite conclusion but it seems that the P4 was stretched to its limits to reach 2G. The XP looks like its struggling at the 1900 grade also but all the other grades are pretty consistent. Anyway, I think those overclocks cannot be validated and there are always values that throw off the average.
