A person obstinately devoted to their own group or opinion; intolerant of others Seems to me like a good description of the Patriots who founded our nation! We have been taught to demonize "bigotry" and "prejudice." Sometimes they are very justified. We were very bigoted and prejudiced toward Nazi-ism and Communism. Would we have wanted it otherwise?
