To All, What is wrong with this picture?:
Russell 3000 VALUE stocks, PE of 19.34
Russell 1000 VALUE stocks, PE of 19.46
Russell 2000 VALUE stocks, PE of 16.45
Korea's Nanyang Dairy has no debt, has 40% of the Korean baby food market and has doubled operating margins since 1998. PE ratio of 4.

Several years back when emerging markets were the ONLY place to be, some guy in Barron's made the comment: "We used to buy Thai cos. growing at 20% and selling at 5 times eps. Now we are buying cos. growing at 5% and selling at 20 times eps."

Well, the emerging markets are looking submerged again and US markets look rich.

Data on Nanyang Dairy is from First Eagle Sogen Funds.
