Alomex: If you had to buy ten computers at one time for your home because it reflects "good planning", and if nine of those computers sat in your closet in their original boxes and remained unused year after year, chances are you would not be back in the market for another ten computers any time soon. The prices for computers come down at a pretty predictable rate. They never "collapsed". To compare computers to fiber is silly.
