Sam, RE: The J.P. Morgan upgrade of INTC sure helping the Nasdaq; wonder if Dan Niles' institutional clients are getting a little bit fed up with him! Niles, as recently as yesterday, was bearish on INTC, at 33....he was also bearish at 30....bearish at 25....and bearish at 18. That's why he gets paid a few million a year. Dan's institutional clients don't care what his opinions are. They pay commissions to Lehman for Dan's data.
