Well, as a former memeber of the AMEX I can tell you that I saw several scams pan out there.... the fire retardant company was a classic. You know how they got the number of shareholders needed to qualify for listing??? They donated stock to a whole lot of churches in N.J. LOL!

Then they guy [who was involved in the fire retardent company ended up burning down his house for the insurance money!

That said... what do you expect??? They can't do everything.
