Anti-IL-8 makes sense, to me, in COPD. Perhaps also in malignancies, given some experimental observations (animal models). Give it to me for any disease where neutrophils play a predominant role!

But, why was it EVER being tested for a T cell-mediated autoimmune disease?

Yet another example of a failure from the "ICOS business plan" (get a biological and test it against all but kitchen sink).
