Well I hope they get back to you soon, don't wait too long and just call tech support if you don't hear back. I always have gone the direct conversation route, with workstation support I never had to wait very long for a live person to pick the phone up. I think the wait was a bit longer with my wife's Dimension. As for EMC, I'm very happy with the move, the stock has moved around $3.40 from what I bought it at in two trading days, and I have a rather large slug of it. To tell you the truth I have my finger on the sell trigger as I was looking for a couple of points quickly and it has certainly done that with a close to 30% two day move. I'll see how it acts over the next day... Regards, John
