Thankyou for your thanks. Almost all of the questions you have asked are questions I myself have been asking over the last month.

This excellent buy at 8 then dropped to 6 then 4 then 3 then ?
This is a stratup operation with all the associated risks and of course the associated profit potentials.

To address some of your comments.

Cost of sales. Yes I stated 45% but calculated 55%. The numbers are therefore slightly conservative IMHO. Lets keep using 55% as Cost of sales for now.

Q2 revenues. These are really quite unknown at this time. I am being very conservative and showing only 2mill of rev actually booked for this Q plus another 2.2 mil recognised from Q1. I believe that a lot of revenue will lag 1-2 Q's. I am assumming that the run rate is currently 2mil per month and is increasing. That means I think we go into Q3 with 1.8mill from Q1 and 4mil from Q2 not yet recognised.

Hence my Q3 figures that show 5.8 recognised during Q3 from previous Q's. This may be a bit ambitious as some of the 4mil may not book to Q4, however I am being very conservative on Q3 booked revenues of 4 mil so doubt that final figures for Q3 will change should recognisition be 1-2 mil short.

I am assumming that the run rate will average 2.67mil during Q3 and agian look to Q4 for recognition. If anywhere this is the weak point as this may not be booked till Q1 98.

the bigger orders from Nortel for MCI and Vyvx, I believe have to be installed and working in a production network to be recognised, This could push revenue to Q1/Q2 98. I would expect to see NUKO breakeven by end 3rdQ or 4th Q at the latest.!!!!!!!!!

You stated
I also think that these numbers represent a stock neutral reporting, indicating that a second half ramp up may or may not be underway, and that NUKO may or may not have the resources and wherewithall to pull it off.

Manufactoring to meet orders is easy, compared with winning order and designing product. NUKO does have the wherewithall!!!!

Stock could move back to 6-8 levels quite easily, we just break even!!!! Right now its fear putting us at $3, greed will take us to 8 in no time.once $$$$ roll in.

Major price resistance is at $8 and if that is broken then its off to aspen. I also expect a product from NUKO specifically aimed at MPEG streaming from Oracle/Sun video server products. This would compete with boxes from Alex/Minerva/divicom etc but I believe that NUKO has the technology and bob has the business accumen to pull this off.

Sales for that type of box will be big to universities/libraries/corporate training centers etc. Oracle/Sun will lead the charge and drag NUKO along for the ride.

Ask yourself why the bank renewed credit line??????????

These levels present AWESOME value for a speculative type of buy!!!!
