I've been waiting for this. As soon as we have a gaggle of homozygous adults, I'll consider blindness in adult diabetics to be -- ten years from now -- an eradicated complication. I'm a transplantation geneticist, so I don't think that the gaggle will solve many of the outstanding issues. However, I do believe that the minimal technology to make things work will come out of a company in this portfolio...... Message 16855413 Modex..... STEM used to own a hunk. In fact, STEM used to sort of be Modex. This is big stuff, folks. If this advance can be put into the "done deal" category, it's getting past one of the very major hurdles.
