NDX Long - VELOCITY 263.2 Million
NDX Short- VENTURE 125.0 Million

*Effective today, I am adding the Rydex RUT 2000 Small Cap Fund Mikros TA to the list. If the small cap market is rising, there is a decent probability it is rising in a tide that lifts all boats and that the broad market is moving up with it.

Money Market levels rise on strong up day implies we have higher to go. The only question is whether it continues higher tomorrow or pulls back into early next week before another leg up begins.

Effective immediately, I am only going to put Bullish or Bearish tags on these Funds if they become blatantly overbought/oversold relative to its 5 day TA Moving average, the Fund's TA is lagging its peer index on the breakout or an apparent disparity occurs b/w Long and Short corresponding Funds.

Rydex for 2002, Dynamic Series Carryover 1st trading day loss from 12/31 year-end pricing Dynamic Series I had a loss of - 4.24% closing out NDX Short Venture 1st trading day and + 7.00% trade in todays closeout for NDX Long Velocity for net 2.76% YTD in leveraged series. Regular Series, 1st trading day gain in XAU Precious Metals for + 0.9% gain and +1.3% gain in SPX Long NOVA for net 2.2% YTD gain.

Regular Series: 100% Money Market
Dynamic Series: 100% Money Market

Best Regards, J.T.
