I understood it was going to be MU paper, not cash, paper is "cheap", particularly with the kind of restrictions Appleton is going to put on that. The question is what will happen with Hynix debt, if it is extinguished with MU paper, not a bad deal, MU gets to double capacity (almost) and give away only 20% of its equity...If MU take on the debt, Oy...
