paying for cheap tickets to Pittsburgh so I could meet them was in no way paying for my opinion. They did so because I represented or was trusted by a sufficient block of shareholders as to have presented a proxy problem and they wanted to prove that there was an automall and a deal. Authorized stock is still 700M as of last week per NV secretary of state even though the OS is lower (at least was in last filing). Sorry, but I am NOT in their emply, never have been and never will be. All of my income is derived from technical consulting and scientific contract research in the electronics and chem/bio detection sectors.
