I'll tell you why - they have great technology, have been creating excellent alliances, are well respected by their competitors (talked to them) even though they are pretty small, are one of the most profitable in their industry which is growing at around 25% a year, have a strong heritage (spin off from the NE Insitute), and should logically be somewhere in the $25 range.
