No, I'm starting a PC gaming center (1 to start, hopefully many more in the coming months)... if I can ever get a decent place. Already rejected at a few places because of contract clauses w/ current tennants and other BS. Trying for another now... hopefully get it soon. Tempted to get a location that is being built and will be up in about 3 months, but I really don't wanna wait that long. Time is money as they say. BUT, I do know another guy who had planned to open one close to this location, and he has $100k from investors (family)... I may work w/ him in some way or another. I just can't believe how difficult it is to get a decent location... it's driving me nuts. :( TTYL, - Zen
