"Military threats" can be categorized as anything that threatens the physical, economic and political stability of your nation. I agree, I would put racism way up on that list. I've done a bit more checking around, I think it's something that needs to be drawn out like a bad festering tooth. PC (Political Correctness) is a problem as one needs to clearly address a certain problem as a problem. For example if a hospital does not have the required percentage of black doctors, that might cause worse problems down the road unless addressed in the proper fashion. Fact is it looks fixable without "everyone screwing around until we are all the same color" solution that unclewest suggested. Not that I am against that idea either, a lot of hard work though <ggg>
