Does this company have a web page ? If so could someone post it ? There was an address mentioned in an earlier post but its not active.
If not could someone answer the following questions :

1- What projects do they have on the go, with who and what is their J.V. percentage ?

2- How many shares held by insiders ?

3- How many shares out, fully diluted ?

4- Does anyone communicate with Mr. Lang regularly ? What are his views on the company and the continual drop in share price. Is he responsive , if not why ? He has an obligation to his shareholders.

5- Has the VSE investigated this company ? If not why ? A drop from $28 to $ 1.40 should justify it !! Was this a scam from the begining ?

6- How many shares were sold by insiders at its peak ?

I know these are tough questions but they have to be answered for new investors to take a serious look at this company.

I see no reason why the slide will not continue well below a buck. Please convince me otherwise.
