Hi Ed I made them aware that I was receiving the 2 following messages: error in the script of this page Line 16 Char2 access denied WAOL This program has performed an illegal operation and will shut down. They wrote back and told me to install VM what is it anyway? I still cannot get LEVEL II over on Datek. Today I hit the button saying reload and to my surprise LEVEL II got the numbers up but it was not alive in other words the numbers did not move or changed as things were happening then I tried to enter another symbol and it did nothing I tried by pushing the reload button and nothing happened. I appreciate your help Harold
