He does not collect campaign funds, and does not have supporters. Also, drilling for oil that is on our shores is an obvious response to dependency on foreign oil, and so far I have seen no good reason given not to, one need not have a venal motive. Finally, Carlisle invests in lots of thing, but does not, in fact, act as a contractor or manufacturer, and therefore cannot have funds pushed to it.
