Kevin, When you report a bug please help me by trying to distill the problem into a reprodicible sequence of actions which will cause the bug to occur.. Also, I need to know your settings and what was in the file you were trying to open. Lastly, please email me with bugs, There's a special mene item for bug reporting under help. If this doesn't work (only functions with MAPI based mail clients) then just send me the email manually. If you follow these steps I will have a better chance of finding and fixing the bug.
