Web site update,,January 4, 2002 We wish you a Happy New Year to all of our readers. The Company is still on track with getting the reclamation bond posted for the Mineral Ridge Mine. The delay continues to be with the Cornucopia-Vista Gold-USF&G groups as they work through their internal legal document of the bond transfer. The BLM and NDEP are working with us to get the bond posted. On the financing side, we continue to work with a couple of financing houses that are interested in investing in Golden Phoenix and/or the Mineral Ridge mine. On another issue, Jay Taylor wrote about the Company in a Bonus Christmas Report.
