Can't be, we all know there is an oversupply of dark fiber.<< My assumption is the networks are running at full capacity now and they will have to start lighting more dark fibre, I think we seen the bottom Mark, I could not agree with you more. We not only need more lit fibre, we need more routing and switching geer. Do some trace routes during prime time.
