NFL CONTEST - Week 16 (or 17 depending on how you count) If no one is interested in picking a game for the contest, I will. Most of the games this week are pitiful. But, just like the players on teams without a chance to make the playoffs we still need to go through the motions of playing the game (contest). Those with a playoff birth in hand also need to go through the motions, that's football. It's not my turn but I'll be damned if I'll let myself be mired in the middle (500). I'd rather be a loser then not take the opportunity to finish above .500! In that spirit I chose a game where each team is in the playoffs with little incentive to care, but they are still required to show up. There's one incentive for these teams, they will see each other again. Philly at Tampa Bay - 2 1/2 1. Carolyn - 9-7 2. Gloop - 9-7 3. Jeff Roberts - 11-5 4. DSpetry - 7-9 5. Lost1 - 10-6 6.
