Jacob, I've thought about your answer and still don't have the methodology in hand-- take applied: since the surprise rate cut in April, no bear rally has taken the value above 47+. In fact we have seen lower highs till now where crunch time is happening-- as you have said Fa is placing the floor but Ta may hold the ceiling-- I know charts are only a rough guide to the future, while amazingly to the microsecond calling the past.<G> So what to do here; the bottom is in; but the top? Do you start selling here or wait for technical breakdown of ta indicators? And by that time applied is no longer 47 but 46 , 45 etc-- thanks
