Janey,

Take this for what it's worth. Kollmnh over on HTP or Boom Boom is the only serious HOFF investor I know. He buys in the mid to high 5's and sells in the sixes.

I pulled up the HOFF chart and was puzzled, since I couldn't find the 200 DMA:

stockcharts.com[h,a]dhclynay[pd20,2!b50!b200!b25!i!b150!f][iut!Uk14!Ub14!Lc20!Lf!Lh14,3!La12,26,9]

I had to plug in a 150 DMA to even get a line on the chart. So, when I look at the chart, I get the feeling that this stock will probably trade in the channel formed by the Bollinger Bands until something happens to change the situation. It's under distribution, cash is flowing out, stochastics are lousy and MACD looks like it even wants to cross on you. Every indicator seems to be taking it south, I'd probably sell what you have now and put in a GTC bid to buy it back at $5.50~5.75.

If you want to look at a stock which looks a little bit healthier, look at GLBL. I wouldn't buy this one at this time, too many other better opportunities out there, but if you like offshore construction, for now, there you are.

Good luck.
