Harold, Before you download and install Microsoft's latest VM, be sure to end all programs running on your computer, except Explorer and Systray. You can do this by simultaneously pressing the Alt/Ctrl/Delete keys. A window will be opened with a list of the active tasks that are running on you computer. Select one of the tasks and click on the "End Task" button. Repeat this process - Alt/Ctrl/Delete, "End Task" - until only Explorer and Systray are running. Then go to the Microsoft VM download site and download and install Microsoft's latest VM. After the install is complete, reboot your computer. B.K.
