Was uns nicht umbringt, macht uns stärker? ... perhaps then threads are like economies, or like sharemarkets - a good robust purge is healthy as long as it avoids the umbringen long enough for the umdenken to take effect?

Which asset class will make me richest the fastest, that's what i'd like to know ... and without any of those wicked little dips into bankruptcy on the way, that sort of thing is unsettling .... i like golds here, really, and not producers so much either, but sturdy little juniors with quality properties and capable people, the sort that have survived the five-year bear of the sector, and just itching to gear up for the coming bull .... effectively options on the price of metals without expiry dates and their accompanying time decay ... although they can be much more than that, many of them generating shareholder value through actions, or trying anyway

Now Mqurice might call that azteca in nature, but it is a very modern high-tech azteca - technology has revolutionised mining exploration, all the geophysics etc, and the relative cost of diamond drilling having fallen over the years as compared to much else ... makes a lot possible ... and hey, those geologists just might be using CDMA phones, ya never know -g-
