Example: "The new chips will be created with the Santa Clara, California manufacturer's new so-called "130 nanometer" manufacturing process, a reference to the average size of a component on the chip. Currently, chips components average 180 nanometers."

BIG difference between "smallest feature size" and "average component size"...

Reminds me of saying the average car on the freeway is the size of the smallest screw or rivet in the car!

Duh.... I see the article is unsigned... Smart move!
