I agree! All shares will be sold. Brokerage houses don't want to bother with small allocations...plus with additional shares it gives us better liquidity in the market and when you add this to the coming events....this should bring in more funds buying up the shares. In many ways...the float in the company is very small and therefore keeps many funds from buying shares.

Plus, I might mention that analyst that follow the company have already built into their models, this distribtution and one more for another 5 million shares.
