Gregor:
The list: Procrastination is not beneficial. This is an "ongoing list." There are obvious things that stay in my prayers. God has really impressed upon my heart, to take the little financial things seriously. That is good. I am always open to learn financially, and otherwise!
When my little boy outgrows a pair of tennis shoes, which is often, I give them to someone who can use them. His clothes and shoes are practically new before he grows. I am also buying what he really needs, and buying, on sale. I am just aware of where dollars need to go, and here they are going. I want to continue to evaluate this.
I love Starbucks, but I will spend less money there. I read an article about how that money can be used to invest, where it will grow. I am not frivilious, but there are always places to evaluate financially.
So, January, is always a time to reflect on resolutions, but everyday is a day to have a focus "Spiritually."
I just wanted to see if anyone else went through this. I am open to what He wants me to learn.
