Correct. The actual issue we were discussing was the unfair victimization of the courageously heroic martyr, Pugs, and his hard drive. Yes, he was a man amongst men, fighting against tyranny whilst staring danger in the face with his characteristic illustrious prominence. It is a shameful embarrassment for the legal system to requisition his hard drive, thus causing great suffering upon his exalted being. The judge who ordered this encroachment upon Pugs' distinguised valor should be hanged, or at least well-hung.
What were they thinking?! How could not the whole world have known the remarkable deeds and shining qualities of Pugs, epic demigod of Palantine and the Internet? He should be worshipped with extravagance, not pilloried within the unfair shackles of this—this—this despotic legal system! Pugs' universally virtuous fortitude should be forever recognized as that of a champion against emotional terrorism. Surely it was he whom Emerson had in mind whilst writing, "Each man is a hero and oracle to somebody." Well—"oracle" may overstate the case, but a long crusty roll split lengthwise, filled with meats, cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce and condiments is certainly befitting.
Dave, I'm electing you to take charge of the fund-raising effort to erect a jewel-encrusted bronze statue for this great man. Even pigeons deserve a clean and comfortable place to have their turn in honouring his endeavours.
