I don't know about the specifics of the molecules you're discussing, and I don't want to..... ICN is not the sort of company that I'm interested in, and I don't have time this week to do even the minimum of research. However, I believe that Miljenko has commented on anti-viral vs. immunomodulatory properties of IMPDH inhibitors in the VRTX thread.
