I actually snickered outloud when I read that line, Alex! If that is 'steath', after Tony Blair was immediate past president of the EMU central bank,

and if holding 13 well publicized gold auctions out of 15 scheduled, with months and months of advance warning and as much as 6:1 oversubscription at some of the auctions,

then I'd bloody well hate to see what United Kingdom calls overt, obvious and blatant governmental policy
